40th Birthday
This cake was for my aunt's 40th birthday. She was having a surpise party and they asked if I could do the cake for the party.This was my first time using fondant to cover the entire cake.This cake was also my first layered cake. The thing I loved most about this cake was the look of it, each time I looked at it I was amazed that I did it.The only thing that I would do differently is that I would make the fondant a little smoother, other than that I think that this cake was great.
